Suction baskets with flap

APPLICATION

Suction baskets are devices that are installed at the beginning of suction pipelines in order to prevent the entry of larger foreign particals into the pipeline and to prevent the return flow of the working fluid.
They are used for fresh and sea water, chemically non-aggressive and aggressive fluids, as well as for fluids with by the content of abrasive particles.

Usisne korpe izrađujemo za nazivne prečnike do 1200 (mm), pritiske do 16 (bar) i temperature do 150 (°C) sa priključnim merama prirubnica prema SRPS M.B6.011 i DIN 2501. Na zahtev kupca, usisne korpe izrađujemo i za veće nazivne prečnike i pritiske.
Glavni delovi usisne korpe jesu, kućište, perforirani deo i povratna klapna. Perforirani deo sprečava prodor stranih čestica u cevovod, a povratna klapna onemogućuje povratno strujanje radnog fluida.

Kućište usisnih korpi i poklopac povratne klapne izrađuju se od konstrukcionih čelika zavarivanjem.
Perforirani lim je pocinkovan, a zaptivna guma na poklopcu klapne je od EPDM-a.
