We are pioneers in introducing quality systems into our business. For many years, the integrated quality management system has been certified in accordance with the requirements of international “ISO” standards. Quality management is the most important success factor today and standardization and certification are a prerequisite for this.
The defined business policy of our company is determined by the establishment, implementation, documentation, maintenance of efficiency and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System, which includes:
• Quality management system and applied ISO 9001 standard: 2015
• Environmental management system and applied ISO 14001 standard: 2015
• Occupational safety and health management system and applied ISO 45001 standard: 2018

The adopted and applied standards are proof that all our business activities as well as all work processes are aimed at meeting the requirements of all our users.
The implemented quality system is continuously improved and represents a constant process. The efficiency of the quality system is regularly checked through organized internal inspections as well as external inspections by authorized institutions.


On the occasion of the World Quality Day, two years in a row, we have won the National Award for Business Excellence which is awarded by the Foundation for Culture of Quality and Excellence – FQCE, in cooperation with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and under the patronage of the Serbian Ministry of Economy.
